Since our inception, we realized the key to building a quality home is to control more aspects of the build. As we are our equipped to be our own General Construction Company, Project Management Company, and General Engineering Company (via our sister company), we control aspects of the build that most people can't. Our fleet of machinery, construction crews, and trusted subcontractors allows us to control the outcome of the entire job, leading to on-budget completion, avoidance of delays, and superior quality. We work with our Preferred Licensed Architects and Engineers from day 1 to ensure your home is exactly as you envision it and value engineered to create quality that will last.

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We get to understand all of our clients needs and bring that to life with our architects, engineers, and designers. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules to eliminate any delays, and plan out the entire build before the first shovel hits the ground.

Working with our in house crew along and trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From planning to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. Our clients are updated with progress of their build shared via their project manager to ensure our timeliness.

The last step in any build. This phase includes us turning the project over to our clients. We train our new homeowners with all the details of their new home along with all relevant programs. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure our clients' complete satisfaction. We keep the house in pristine condition with our Builder's Warranty to ensure the home lasts a long time.
