Concurrently we study the project to ensure it's economically viable and meets our investors' goals.

To determine the best unit mixes and minimize construction cost we use our market and construction knowledge to create optimal floorplans and construction methods. 

Our in house construction team handles all aspects of the construction. By using an in-house General Contractor we steer away from delays, change orders, and are able to tightly monitor our budget.

Our trusted real estate partners lease out our units in record times. Having strong team members allows us to start seeing cash flow soon after our certificate of occupancy. 

With our property managers handling all aspects of the project, our investors get to sit back and receive their paymentes without any of the headaches. 

Depending on the project, strategy, and market conditions- we determine the optimal time for our shareholders to sell our projects.
